Where great memories really do begin at the end of a dirt road.

When you visit, please enter through the E&E Family Farm entrance. Our road is a mix of gravel and dirt, so we kindly ask that you drive slowly. Life moves at a gentler pace out here, and you may spot a few of our free‑spirited residents along the way — a goat, a chicken, a cow, our friendly dog (she loves people, just not after closing hours), or even little ones exploring the property.

And keep an eye out for our 80‑year‑old Dad cruising around in his golf cart. If you haven’t met him yet, you’re in for a treat — he’s part of the charm of this place, and everyone falls in love with him.

Our animals are the heart of why we live here. They’re usually behind locked gates, but every now and then they decide to go on their own adventures… especially the goats. It’s all part of the magic of farm life.

We’re so glad you’re here. Take your time, breathe deep, and enjoy the simple beauty of our little corner of the world.

If you’re visiting for a photoshoot, please drive to the back barn and park along the side of the building. We ask that guests remain in their vehicles until their photographer is ready. Once it’s your turn, you’re welcome to explore and enjoy everything the farm has to offer.

If you’re here for an event, continue to the back pasture. Our staff will be there to guide you to the appropriate parking area.

Please drive slowly when arriving and leaving the property. We’re in the country, and it gets dark — your caution keeps everyone safe.

If you need accessible parking or assistance, please notify one of our staff members upon arrival. You will be escorted and allowed to drive up to the barn entrance. After you’re safely out of the vehicle, your car will be parked nearby for easy access.

Our barn is as authentic as it gets — dirt and hay floors, a raised wood deck, open sides, and plenty of fresh air. It’s part of the charm, but it also means you’ll want to dress for the weather and choose closed‑toe shoes. Boots or sneakers are your best friends out here. Even our South Tampa visitors swap their sandals for boots.

We keep things real and comfortable because this is our home first, our ranch second, and our venue third. We treat everyone like family, and we want you to feel the same way when you’re here. Come relaxed, be yourself, and enjoy the rustic experience that makes this place special.
